When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas. Anyone including employee's of Attic Treasures may bid on any of the auctions if in good standing with HiBid.
Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.

This will be the largest sale of the year and ends on Tuesday, December 20th. Pick up will be Thursday, December 22nd at the Auction House which is located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX.
PLEASE READ: If you require shipping, it will be your responsiblity to call the Auction House the day after the auction ends on Wenesday to arrange shipping 903-312-5786. There is a $15.00 handling fee per package plus the cost of shipping.
