TERMS OF SALE (unless otherwised noted or announced at live auction) Cards on file will be charge at the completetion of the auction, if you wish to pay with cash or check, you need to let us know before the end of the auction, NOT AFTER. There will be a 10% buyers premium. Also: If you pay by credit card there will be an additional 4% charge. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will try to answer any questions when asked. For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures, direction from government agencies, or any other reason deemed appropriate by True Grit Auction Services. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. AUCTIONEERS NOTE: If you do not come pick up your items during the designated pickup times then you will have forfeited your items and tilte will revert back to the seller, No refunds will be issed for abandoned items, no exceptions. If your card on file is declined and you fail to show up to pay and pickup your items, you will be banned from future auctions. If you know that you cannot come pickup your items on designated pickup date either make plans to have your items picked up or do not bid. Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated pickup time. Auction company does not have staff on hand to load. NOTE: IF YOU WIN ITEMS AND FAIL TO COME ON SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY, A $10 HAULING FEE AND $5 A DAY STORAGE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder. Buers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller.
