When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas. Anyone including employee's of Attic Treasures may bid on any of the auctions if in good standing with HiBid.
Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.
All items are offered to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds will be made.

NO SHIPPING ON GUNS OR AMMO
All high bidders on guns must go through complete background checks and no exceptions unless you hold a permit. If you do not think you can pass a background check then DO NOT BID. Your money will not be returned. Each individual will pay 25.00 for transfer fee or background check. The guns will be kept at the FFL dealer that handles all the background checks 3 doors down from the Auction House. After payment is made at Auction House, you may then go pick up your gun.
This auction begins ending on Tuesday, Dec 6th starting at 6:30 p.m. Pick up will be at the Auction House which is located at 2000 S. SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX on Thursday, Dec, 8th. from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.
