ALL VISITORS MUST CHECK IN AT FRONT OFFICE BEFORE GOING BACK TO LOOK AT ITEMS. Lockers are all installed at the Wynne Junior High and must be removed by buyer by appointment. At the close of the lot, the high bidder will have purchased the offered lot. All sales are final upon the closing of the lot. The purchase is subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein. The purchaser assumes full responsibility thereof. The purchaser further agrees to pay the Total Amount Due by 5pm on Friday, December 9th. All items must be paid for by wire transfer, credit card or certified funds delivered to our office in Wynne, AR. Pickup will be Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm. Purchasers paying by credit card may contact Witcher Auctions and provide credit card info by phone or in person at our office in Wynne, AR. NO ITEM WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL. ITEM REMOVAL/PICK UP: Items will need to be paid at our office in Wynne, AR before pickup. Buyers may pickup items Saturday, December 10 from 10am - 3pm, then Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm at auction location. We will accept cash and cashier's checks for payment at our Wynne office. We can also charge your credit card on file or take another card by phone at your request. Each item "MUST" be picked up within 10 days of auction closing. Any litems left after 10 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.
