The entire land is bottomland swamp, is located on the Pearl River and is accessible by boat only. The land abuts Mississippi Wildlife and Fisheries lands.

Use of land for hunting, fishing and recreation is subject to Mississippi law. The land is subject to flooding. The land is subject to wetland classification.
