Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by Treasury Aucitions. VERY IMPORTANT By registering for this auction you agree to recieve emails and text messages to the email and phone number on file. Box damage items consist of slightly damaged to severely damaged BOXES or no box. Overstock items are considered brand new in box. Returns are products returned for any reason including but not limited to "no longer needed," "defective item," "better price available," "Missing or broken parts," "Changed mind," or other reasons. PAYMENT NOTICE: Card on file will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. If you would like to pay cash email us before the end of the auction stating so. There will be a 20% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. Treasury Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED. ***All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind*** Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal. Treasury Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions All merchandise not claimed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Treasury Auctions. If you cannot make either of the pick-up days to claim your items you will not be able to claim your winning lot(s) and you will be charged for them. No exceptions unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon with by both parties. Refunds should not be expected for any reason if you do not show up to collect your winning items on said days and times. If a refund is deemed appropriate you will be charged a 15% or $15.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater. The restocking fee will be taken out of your total if a refund is issued. If the restocking fee exceeds your total you will not be charged or recieve a refund. If a refund is decided upon, there will be a seven day return period following the second pickup day, unless another date and time is agreed upon by both parties. Items must be returned in the same condition as when claimed. Contact us at Treasuryauctions@gmail.com When a lot is forfeited, by virtue of not showing up on pickup days and not contacting Treasury Auctions within 7 days of the corresponding auction closing, your are not entitled to a refund nor possession of your forfeited lot(s). The forfeited lot(s) will be reauctioned or disposed of. Colors, descriptions, measurements¹, and imagery may differ. 1: Decimal points, apostrophes, and quotations may be missing -- For example 1925 instead of 19.25". Warranties and bundled memberships should be assumed to be invalid. Lots and sets may have missing pieces. Refunds will be given at our discretion. Claiming is defined as showing up on pickup days or other dates explicitly agreed upon by both parties to pickup winning lots.

This auction will end Sunday, November 13th. Lots will begin to close at 10:30am If an item does not have a star rating use the provided photo(s) to place your bids accordingly. Good luck! Pickup days are Sunday 4:30pm-9:00pm **SAME DAY** and next day Monday 1:00pm-6:00pm.
