Auction Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These terms and conditions cannot be altered or changed in any way except in writing by the auctioneer. If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but do not bid. USA BIDDERS ONLY: Buyers outside of the USA, do not register, do not bid. We do not offer shipping. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyers' premium is added to the high bid to create the final sale price. If your winning bid is $1,000, you will be charged $1,150. If your winning bid is $10,000, you will be charged $11,500. The final sale price is the price that will be reflected on the title. REGISTRATION: You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in this sale. In order to bid, you must create a username and password. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date. AUCTION FORMAT: This is an online only auction. Bids can be placed online for the period of days indicated. If a bid is placed within 1 minute of the scheduled auction close, an addition 1 minute will be added to the bidding for a soft close on that item. If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item(s) that you have won at the price you gave as your bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has effected a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided. Additionally, bids cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold as is, where is without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character or condition. We highly recommend this vehicle being inspected for safety by a proffesional before any usage. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her personal inspection of the property through photos provided. Photographs are an important part of the item description. SETTLEMENT: High bidder will be invoiced in U.S. dollars and credit card provided at registration will be charged $200 deposit immediately following the close of the sale. Buyer agrees that valid credit card information has been provided, the card has the funds available to complete the purchase, you will accept all charges and that you will not charge back any charges placed by the auction company in accordance with fees discussed throughout the terms and conditions (ie high bid, buyer's premium, etc). Remaining balance in the form of verified cashier's check is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Buyer will be responsible for any tax or fees due at titling (not payable to Montrie Auction). Vehicle title will be placed in the name of the registered high bid unless Montrie Auction is notified otherwise in writing prior to auction closing. DELIVERY/PICKUP: LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in Lambertville, MI off Secor Rd, just North of Smith (exact address will be provided to high bidder). High bidder must arrange to complete pickup within 1 week of close of sale. Any arrangment or coordination of a shipping company from pickup location will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Super cool, super charged Dale Earnhardt Monte Carlo being sold at auction to help settle an estate. 58,714 miles show on odometer. Vechicle would turn over, but would not start (weak battery). Appears breaks are not functioning. Estate is unaware of any mechanical conditions with this vehicle. Tires need changed and appear dry rotted, but will hold air for trailering/flatbed. We noticed 2 go flat after about a day. Interior appears very clean and after some work, you'd have a very cool looking collectible vehicle.
