Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, good check or card (4% added if paying with card), at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well. Scrap metal will be sold in large lots, you should come to the live preview Thursday to get a better idea of what is in the scrap metal lots. You make take up to 2 weeks to move the trailers, buildings and scrap metal but auction company is not responsible for the items after pick up day.
