Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items including the Real Estate will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition at the time of auction.  All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All sale will be final. All items must be paid for the day of auction. No warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with propert and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the final purchase amount.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
