Winning Bids will be processed after close of auction and your card on file charged at that time. All items are marked IF they are available for shipping. If not, your bid is final regardless. We use USPS and sometimes UPS, never FedEx. Some may be too heavy or large to ship for a reasonable amount. If an item is damaged in shipping, you can submit a claim with your local office, we can't do it for you and accept no responsibility. Local pickup will be at the address provided for auction location, or as noted in item description. All sales are final, and on a where is/as is basis. We do our best with descriptions and pictures, if something is not clear, or you have a question, please ask. Once you have placed a bid, it is considered a binding financial contract to purchase the item if you win. If you accidentally enter a wrong number, please make contact so we can fix it. There is a 15% buyers premium, taxes are collected per WA state/county rates. Special note: Pickup times are firm as stated. With large auctions, I will not have time to make special exceptions for anyone. Simply put, if you cannot attend the pickup times, make arrangements, or have someone representing you pick up your items, they will be considered forfeit, along with your payment. If you MUST schedule a different time, you can do so with a $20 cash fee to have someone meet you or porch pickup.

Items are clearly marked with the Truck "shipping available" logo if they are. This auction has fishing rods in hard cases that are not marked for shipping. If you are willing to pay the cost, we can make arrangements. Otherwise, read the terms and ask questions if you have them. The knives are from a dealer's collection, and have been professionally sharpened and maintained. Most of them are in pristine condition for their age, or excellent used knives. Many hard or expensive to find models. Knife measurements stated from end of hilt to tip of longest blade. The Fenwick rods are all in excellent condition unless noted. The kitchen block sets are all top end makers, not all are full original sets, some have extra knives or tools included.
