Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, Conditon at the time of auction.  All Bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding. Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller (Client), nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All Items must be paid for day of auction. 

All annoucements made day of auction will supercede any print or social media advertisements.

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyer's fee in addition to the bidder's final purchase amount.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived on personal property item purchases only.  By registering and obtaining a bid number for the auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to the auction terms set forth.
