Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.

We are an Auction House with a licensed Auctioneer that is bonded and insured by the state of Texas.
Auction begins ending on Tuesday, Oct 18th at 6:30 p.m.
Pick up will be on Thursday, Oct 20th from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. at the Auction House which is located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX.
Shipping is offered on some items and it will be up to you to CALL the Auction House no later than Thursday to make arrangments. 903-312-7586.
