Winning Bids will be processed after close of auction and your card on file charged at that time. All items are marked IF they are available for shipping. We use USPS and sometimes UPS, never FedEx. Some may be too heavy or large to ship for a reasonable amount. If an item is damaged in shipping, you can submit a claim with your local office, we can't do it for you and accept no responsibility. Local pickup will be at the address provided for auction location, or as noted in item description. All sales are final, and on a where is/as is basis. We do our best with descriptions and pictures, if something is not clear, or you have a question, please ask. Once you have placed a bid, it is considered a binding financial contract to purchase the item if you win. If you accidentally enter a wrong number, please make contact so we can fix it. There is a 15% buyers premium, taxes are collected per WA state/county rates. Special note: Pickup times are firm as stated. With large auctions, I will not have time to make special exceptions for anyone. Simply put, if you cannot attend the pickup times, make arrangements, or have someone representing you pick up your items, they will be considered forfeit, along with your payment. If you MUST schedule a different time, you can do so with a $20 cash fee to have someone meet you or porch pickup.

Records are graded as follows (only record graded, not slipcover): New = New in Shrinkwrap NM=Near Mint (no visible damage) VG=Very Good (no damage that impairs play) G=Good (record may have a couple pops, but plays well) F=Fair (not the best players, but still trying, will have some noises) Most of the modern books are Like New condition, vintage books should be noted if there are serious issues. Please pay attention to what ships and what does not. Sales are final either way.
