Auction goes live Friday September 23rd, 2022 @ 6pm and Ends Tuesday October 4th, 2022 @ 6 pm
Won Items can be picked up by appointment only. You will receive a LINK to schedule your pickup or choose shipping, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items.
When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
Once sale is over, if you won an item/s your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Invoices will be sent following the auction and unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash your card WILL be CHARGED. No Checks are accepted, Sales Tax is applied to as per state laws and regulations.
All items are sold AS IS. All items must be picked up within the scheduled time slots unless other arrangements are made (call 561-369-5075 for alternative arrangements), all items not picked up will be resold, or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium is applied to all purchases. Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction.
All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Due to the volume of shipping there may be delays of up to 14 days. Once shipping has been paid for it may take up to 3 days before it can be shipped out. We always do our best to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible.

In memory of my two loving sons, "Andrew and Carl" all proceeds will be donated to local charities through the Andrew and Carl Brogdon Charitable fund. These proceeds will be donated to The Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation for the disabled, Thank you for your kindness, Mrs K. H. Brogdon.
