FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: On purchases UNDER $15,000 - Cash, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer. No personal checks. THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON PURCHASES OF $15,000 AND OVER IS WIRE TRANSFER. We will not charge a fee for wire transfers but the bank you are wiring the money from will. Payment is required by Sat, Oct 29 at 5pm. "Checks in the mail" will not be accepted as payment. Pickup will require paid invoice.

Property is to be removed by SAT OCT 29. Items remaining after SAT OCT 29 are subject to daily storage fees. Items not picked up by NOV 1, 2022 are thus forfeited by the buyer and become the property of the auction company. THERE IS NO PICKUP AUCTION CLOSING DAY (OCT 27).
Winning bidders will receive an email with the invoice attached as to what lots you won and balance owing. This will be your notification. On Hibid, once the lot is sold it will read, You May Have Won or Outbid. When it says You May Have Won that is what it means maybe yes, maybe no. If there was a tie bid due to 2 persons putting in the same maximum amount you will both receive the notice You May Have Won. In this case the person to enter their maximum first is the winning bidder. Your formal notice that you were the winning bidder is by email with the attached invoice. County Road Auction & Sales reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. When the reserve has not been met on Hibid it will read You May Have Won. This too means maybe yes, maybe no. If the reserve had not been met on that item you were not the winning bidder. You will be emailed the invoice of what lots you have won. Please check your spam folder to alleviate confusion.
