Please call 410-823-3993 to make sure staff is available. Payment Instructions: Following the close of the auction, invoices will be emailed to winning bidders. Bidders must inform the auction company if they require shipping on eligible items within 24 hours of receipt of invoice. Davis-McKee Auctions accepts Visa, Mastercard, approved check (certified funds preferred), money orders and cash. Local pick up is available the Thursday and Friday following the auction 9:30 to 4:30. All items must be paid before pick up. Items must be picked up during the scheduled window. Items left after 30 days following the close of the auction will be considered abandoned property, which will be disposed of by the auction company without liability to the defaulting bidder. Shipping Info.: Shipping eligibility is noted in each lot description. NOT ALL LOTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING, where special shipping arrangements and terms are indicated, please contact the Auction Company for details and restrictions. Where third party shipping is indicated, your items will be delivered to The UPS Store at The Yorkridge Shopping Center (410-560-4900), where they will pack and prepare your purchase for shipping. This can be expensive. All shipping and insurance costs will pass through to the purchaser and a handling fee of $8.00 per shipment will be added to your purchase amount. All sales are final. A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid as part of the purchase price, regardless of payment method. All lots sold "As Is".
