Robert Wilson, Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse or not excecute any absentee bid at his own discretion. * Internet & Webcast Auctions: Robert Wilson, Auctioneer, reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *When the auctioneer says sold, bangs the gavel or gives other such visual or verbal affirmation of an ended lot, the high bidder is responsible for purchase of the item *All items are considered with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise in advertisements or during announcements on the day of sale. *Auctioneer may remove a lot at any time up until and including the auction itself. *RESERVES: Each item may have a confidential minimum/reserve price established by Robert Wilson, Auctioneer. You will be responsible for all items charged to your bidder number. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid from a bidder whose conduct, actions, or comments are deemed not in the best interest of the auction, its consignors/sellers or bidders. *Announcements on the day of the auction sale take precedence over all written terms & conditions. *All Bidders must meet Auctioneer's qualifications to bid. Any Bidder who is not a client in good standing of the Auctioneer may be disqualified at Auctioneer's sole option and will not be awarded lots.
