Buyers Premium is 8%. Payment can be made thru credit card (4% surcharge), wire transfer, check, or cash. You can make your payment at pickup. Payment is due by Sat Oct 1 at 12pm or your balance will be charged to your credit card. "Checks in the mail" will not be accepted as payment. Pickup will require paid invoice. Pickup at auction location of 331 Washing St, Scotland, SD is Wed Sept 28 6pm-8pm, Thurs Sept 29 6pm-8pm, Sat Oct 1 9am-12pm. If these times do not work for you call Lee at 605-464-1937 to make other arrangements. Property is to be removed by Sat Oct 1 by 12 pm. Items remaining after Sat Oct 1 by 12pm will be disposed of if other arrangements have not been made. There is NO SHIPPING provided for this auction. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase.
Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase.
