Listing Information

Mission Hills Estate Auction

Date: September 6th, 2022 at 10AM.

Preview starts at 9AM. Auction starts at 10AM sharp and will be over within an hour.

This is an Estate Auction not an Estate Sale. Items will be sold in limited amount of lots not piece by piece. Auctioneers discretion.

Small items must be removed immediately, large items by the appointment.

For Auction: Complete Contents of 4 beds, 3 baths, 2049 sq. ft. Estate.

Included:

1. 1987 Kawai GS-40 Grand Piano 6' 1" Black Hi-gloss Finish. Serial number 1759610. Japan.

2. Violin"copie de J. Bte. Vuillaume a Paris",

3. Trumpet Collection - Yamaha C trumpet, Couesnon Piccolo Trumpet, Couesnon Flugel Horn, Besson B Flat Trumpet, Olds Recordings Model B Flat Trumpet. The owner of these played in the original Stan Kenton Band before WW2, also with the Ray Conniff Singers, many years with the LA Civic Light Opera and other groups.

4. Hundreds of boxes of Arts & Crafts Items:

a) a very large amount of the Anna Griffin card making items, including cardstock, toppers, dies, stencils and the like.  I put together about a dozen large boxes of the items, and I'm sure I probably don't have them all separated out from the stacks and piles.  It should be made clear to the prospective buyer that, while probably the majority of items are full, there are some packages that have been opened and partially used in conducting her business.

b) a good amount of items from ImpressArt,  many tools, the materials that get emobossed on, etc.

c)  the Wagner steam cleaning unit, new in box.

d) numerous boxes of rubber stamping materials.  Apparently, as "art" it's a thing.

e) several boxes of various types of bundled yarn.  mixed in with the yarn are large spools of heavy thread like you would use in a knitting machine.

f) several boxes containing bolts of fabric, and other boxes containing packaged fabric.

g) LOT of various crafts stuff that I haven't been able to sort

h) large amount of dress patterns

4.  the Speed Queen washer and gas dryer set.  these look relatively new.

5. the Cricut custom cake thing.  It was also new in box.

6.  assorted exercise equipment, including a folding pilates bench, elliptical, package of small free weight and some of those stretchy cords.

7.  several of those large printed fuzzy blankets you see all the time at swap meets.

8. few boxes full of latch hook art kits.

9. Furniture and miscellaneous household items
