Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is do to the current situation we are all dealing with so we can follow all government mandated orders as needed. This is only to accomodate these orders.
By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a LOCAL PICK UP ONLY auction. There are ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING OPTIONS for this auction without exception. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday September 2nd, 2022 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card use). All titled vehicles must be paid for with cash or certified funds. All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however No Sales Tax will be charged. Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday September 1st, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and Friday September 2nd, 2022 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm EST. These are the only times items may be paid for and picked up. Please follow signs to the side door of the building for Payment then you will be directed to the rear of the building to pick up your items. We will be pulling all orders and delivering them curbside at the rear of the building.
