Please bring a list of the auctions lots you would like to view during the preview.
Please know that once you bid online, we aren't able to cancel your bid. All items are sold AS IS, and all sales are final, with NO REFUNDS.
All Auction lots are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. We use a "soft close" auction, which means if you are bidding on an item and someone else makes a last minute bid, the auction will be extended for an additional time (30secs to 1min) , allowing you to make a counter bid.
38Buckley Auctions uses the services of Hibid auction platform for online bidding. Please refer to Hibid's website for how to register and bid online. Buyer is responsible for all online bidding. 38Buckley Auctions cannot place bids for the buyer as the buyer must properly register and bid through the Hibid platform.
38Buckley Auctions or any of its staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any human or technical bidding errors, or internet bidding system shutdowns that may occur.

We will charge the credit card on file for payment of your purchases at the close of the auction.
We also will accept cash & cashier's check upon pickup of your purchased items, please message or call us if you wish to pay with cash or check BEFORE close of the auction. We will process all payments after the final lot is sold.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE END OF THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION.
BIDDERS WHO DO NOT PAY BY THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE AUCTIONS.

We are open for pick up by appointment only from Wednesday Sept 14th to Saturday Sept 17th. Must call 443-350-1248 or email to schedule your time for safe social distancing pickup, time slots will be available from 10am to 5pm Wed. thru Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday. Please bring a copy of your paid receipt when picking up.

SHIPPING
38Buckley Auctions will not ship your items until we have either an email or phone call giving authorization to do so.
Due to shipping supplies going up there will be a handling charge on top of the UPS or USPS retail rate.
Handling charges range from $10 to $25 depending on the amount of items being shipped. Please note that this is a ONE TIME charge and will not be added to each lot.
We do our best to offer very reasonable shipping and delivery rates. We can ship most auction items, please note that larger items will not be shipped.
We also have Large Furniture Shippers available for Local Delivery (Within a 300 mile radius of Rising Sun, MD). Please call or email us for a quote. We also will work with any shipper you may choose.
We do not ship: Firearms, Ammunition, Hazardous Materials, Dangerous Goods or Lithium Batteries - These items will need to be picked up.
If you fail to contact us, your items will be forfeited with NO REFUNDS.
