When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas.
Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.
All items are offered to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds will be made.

All high bidders on guns must go through complete background checks and no exceptions unless you hold an FFL. If you do not think you can pass a background check then DO NOT BID. Your money will not be returned. Each individual will pay 25.00 for their background check. The guns will be kept at the FFL dealer that handles all the background checks 3 doors down from the Auction House. After payment is made at Auction House, you may then go pick up your gun.

If you require shipping, it will be up to you to call the Auction House on Wednesday to make arranegments. We will not charge card on file unless you fail to call.
