State and local sales tax will be charged unless a properly executed sales tax exemption form is submitted. All property is being sold as is where is with out any warranty, express or implied. Buyer assumes all responsibility for loss and damage of purchased merchandise. Neither the auctioneer of the seller shall be responsible for buyer's merchandise. Please note that removal deadlines are strictly enforced! Merchandise not removed by the stated date and hour will revert to seller's possession, with all rights and title to the equipment forfeited. It is the buyer's responsibility to secure all safety equipment to meet applicable government safety standards in using or removing items purchased. The purchasers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneers and sellers from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or during use or operation of the purchased items.
