Contact auction company with postal tracking once payment has been sent. If paying with Canadian check a $25.00 processing fee will be added to invoice. Any check returned for insufficient funds shall incur a service fee of $50.00, as well as, result in the breach of terms. If Buyer pays via wire transfer, an additional $25.00 fee for domestic wires & $50.00 for international transfers will be assessed. If Buyer pays by credit card, an additional 4% processing fee will be applied to invoice total. For items requiring a Certificate of Title, A $25.00 fee will be added to invoice total for all titled equipment. A Certificate of Title will be mailed after 10 business days upon clearing of full payment. Removal of the purchase will not occur until the funds are confirmed, verified paid or Auctioneer's approval in writing. All costs, responsibility and risk of removal shall be borne by Buyer. Polk Auction provides loading free of charge but extra labor charges may be assessed if additional tear-down of equipment is requested from the Buyer.
