There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday July 12th at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged. Considering how invlolved Dianna Phillips was in the Auction Business her family has decided to offer her estates assets for sale by public auction. In this auction you will musical instrument related items, Janome sewing & quilting machines, sewing & quilting materials and supplies, antique bedroom furniture, antique smalls and vintage items, tools, aluminum fishing boat, small 2 man camp trailer, bicycles, gocarts, and so much more.
Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday July 9th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm EST. This will be the only time the items are available for viewing before the auction ends. Viewing again will be at the above address 78171 Memphis Ridge Richmond, MI 48062.
