Belmont Shore Estate Auction Date: August 2nd, 2022 at 10AM. Preview starts at 9AM. Auction starts at 10AM sharp and will be over within an hour. Estate is near the beach and parking is very limited. Please arrive early to find parking. Vans and smaller trucks are preferred, large box trucks and trailers will be very hard to park. This is an Estate Auction not an Estate Sale. Items will be sold in limited amount of lots not piece by piece. Small items must be removed immediately, large items by the appointment on the auction day or the following day.
