You have 7 days to remove your items thereafter you will be charged $100 gate fee and $15.00 per day storage, per item. After 90 days, once item(s) have been scheduled to be resold, because of abandonment, you forfeit any rights to all monies recovered from that sale. When required by law, and applicable, sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. All rights, privileges and powers reserved or granted to Auctioneer in these Terms of Auction shall be deemed reserved and granted to Auctioneer's, employees, representatives, and all owners for whom the items are being sold. The Auction Company, Auctioneer, Auction Staff nor any other party is not responsible for accidents. No person shall be under 18 years of age in attendance.
