Online bidding Instructions

  1. You should read and understand all terms and conditions, instructions for all online auctions.
NOTE: Each auctioneer and or auction company may have different terms and conditions from others.
  1. In most cases you can review the auction items prior to registration. Once you have reviewed the items you can bid on any of the items. Once you have registered for the first item you should be able to continue bidding on any item.
  2. Most items will present a starting bid. This doesn’t mean that there may be a reserve on the items. Most auction platforms will advise you that you haven’t met the reserve bid so you can bid again.
  3. Most bidding platforms will allow you to enter a max bid as well. That figure will represent the offer you are willing to go up to. That doesn’t mean that you won’t win the high bid without you meeting your maximum bid.
  4. If you do not use the maximum bid feature, you should be notified every time you are out bid giving you an opportunity to bid again. If you use the maximum feature, you will not be notified until your max bid has been exceeded.
  5. Now when the online auction begins to end there is normally a number of items and a time limit preset where the items begin to close. When an item has been bid on at the last few seconds that item will be extended for another two minutes giving the other bidder an opportunity to be notified as well as the opportunity to increase their bid. This process could go on for some time.
Items below this item will continue to close on time unless someone bids on it at the last minute. This is a good reason to use the max bid feature. We are always informed that people wanted to bid on additional items but couldn’t get to them in time.
Another feature you need to know is the pickup date and times. It may be included in the instruction at the beginning of the auction, in the auction advertisement and on the buyer’s invoices. It is listed in all three of these on our auctions.
There is also restrictions on pickups as well as results of instructions as to what happens to your items if you do not fulfill your obligations. We charge a $50.00 late pickup fee up to five days after the assigned pickup date. After that the items are considered as abandoned and become the property of the auction company. There are no refunds or chargebacks allowed for any reason. You are obligating your credit card and or lending institution to the same terms and conditions as well instructions as yourself. There are no exceptions.
