Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition at the time of auction.  All Bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the items are declared sold by the Auctioneer, those items immediately become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  By registering for the auction all bidders agree to the terms and conditions of the auction set forth by the auction company. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of Payment. Purchases made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyer's fee included with the final purchase amount of the buyer.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived on personal property item purchases only. 

All Sales Are Final, and All Purchases Must Be Paid For Day of Auction, No Exceptions. 

All announcements made the day of auction will supercede any print ads, or social media video's or post.
