2. This is an as is where is auction. All decsriptions are just the auctioneers opinion. You are responsible for doing your own inspection of the items. If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility.
3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility.
4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable.
5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid.
6. You are buying only the item described and pictured, not anything in the back ground and not the number card.
7. You have to pay the 13% buyers premium or 10% for cash as well as sales tax where applicable.

This is our July consignment auction and should be our biggest consignment auction yet. We just got in a large selection of cooking items, vintage pyrex, 1960s model cars, tools, gas motors, sports cards silver jewelry, power tools, exercise bike, furniture antique desk, gate leg table, barbie dolls, kids toys, a very unique spiral stair case, christmas, building supplies, water filters, deep fryer, many new items, cook books, sewing, quilting, knitting, 2005 Honda Gold Wing motorcycle Trike conversion California Side Car in great shape with only 34000 miles, Homer Laughlin, Porter Cable, Ryobi, Trim Tramp, Briggs and Stratton gass motors, gold filled jewelery, wood working books, antique dental tools, cut glass, milk glass, vintage Christmas, halloween, antique table, graniteware, enamelware, Hockey cards, Basketball cards, baseball cards, vintage basketball cards and more. 1 Hubley Model A Ford metal body appears to be all in there 1 2005 Honda Gold Wing CSC Trike 30th anniversary This has been consigned to us because the owner is unable to ride due to health related issues. On the initial walk around we noticed no major damage. The bike had been sitting and did need a jump to start but purred like a kitten.
