INTERNET ONLY AUCTION Auction Terms & Conditions There is a 18% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.18 plus sales tax at checkout. PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval. REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. Removal hours: You will recieve an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction. If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee for shipping in addition to the Shipping Costs. If items are not picked up by 5p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $25.00 Fee at pickup per serial number. Firearm buyers must pass all Federal requirements to obtain the firearm at the FFL as required by law.** We do not take possession of the firearms at any point during the sale and they are not available for pickup at the auction pickup site** The Estate and/or their executor retains custody of all firearms until transfer is completed with buyer at a FFL Dealer, as required by law. Due to recent new laws, any magazines or clips pictured with any firearm over the 10 round limit will not be included in the sale.
