Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! Wisconsin Sales tax of 5.5% charged to all Wisconsin bidders (unless a resellers permit is presented). Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Pick up can be arranged for up to one week after the auction. Call 715.339.2097. All items must be paid in full before removal.
Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping.
If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $3 packaging fee for the first item and a $1 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason).
If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.

There is the soft close feature on this auction. The preview is: Saturday, July 9th from 10am to 1pm at 76486 Lake Galilee Rd, Mellen, WI 54546. Two auction pickup dates: The auction pickup is on Tuesday, July 12th from 11am to 6:30pm. There are limited Monday pickups (ONLY FOR THOSE THAT SIGN UP FOR LIMITED TIME SLOTS), July 11th from 3pm to 5pm at 76486 Lake Galilee Rd, Mellen, WI 54546. To get there, please STAY on LAKE DRIVE to Lake Galilee Road to the auction pickup. Look for signs. Your GPS might take you around to Eureka Lake Road (which is incorrect). Successful bidders will receive an email or text from Shipping Saint to schedule a pickup time. NOTE: Jane and Jerry were married in 1967. They raised 5 children in Superior, Wisconsin. Jerry taught math for Superior High School and Jane was an obstetrics nurse in Duluth working the night shift. When they retired in 2005 they built this house in Mellen. They enjoyed having their children and grandchildren visit to fish and play at the lake. Jerry passed away in 2019 from cancer. Jane has moved down to the Eau Claire area to be closer to her children. There are 832 lots in this nice auction!
