This ONLINE auction is in progress now. All items sold in as is, gently used condition. THE PROPERTY IS ON THE MARKET AND HAS A PENDING CONTRACT. ONLINE AUCTION ENDS JULY 17TH AT 7PM CST. Pickup will be at the property in Dripping Springs on tuessday July 19th. Billing will go out on Monday morning and pickup will be on TUESDAY AuG19th starting around NOON. High bidders will be given the address on the billing statement. NO CHECKS. Buyers will be 100% responsible for loading their purchases. MORE LOTS WILL BE ADDED TO THIS ONLINE AUCTION. 1 2001 VLC Blue Wave Fishing Boat-Suzuki 4 Stroke mo 19ft , was used to fish in the bay in the Gulf of Mexico, needs new battery. Motor with power lift. Trolling motor included, along with boat trailer. Tire on port side of the boat is flat. Has a new spare tire. 2 1989 EFI Ford F150 Laiat extended cab Truck 5 speed standard. This truck tries to start but needs gas. Milage 34973 or 134973. Long bed. Passenger window needs repair. 3 IMER Group Cement mixer electric 4 Bobcat Ingersoll-Rand 763 sold in as is condition-I do not know if it runs 7 Pair of Rock boulders 4ftx29"x26" 8 Lot of landscaping rocks buyer responsible for loading 10 Shopmade "racing" lawnmower I do not know if it runs 14 Pallot of Landscaping stones earthtone color 16 Sun Catcher Pontoon boat with trailer Yamaha 90 4 Stroke motor. Good condition. Clean, was stored under carport. May need new battery. 18 Double door Storage container good condition, no apparent leaks detected 19 8 pcs Galvanzied fence panels 8ft ? panels 28 Auto Motor Racing tractor Family states this rig is a "bad to the bone" racing tractor. I do not know if it will start, but family says this was his pride and joy. Stored in storage container and not exposed to outside weather eliments. |
