Arrangement for unpaid items will be subject to the auctioneers discretion. 3) If you are going to buy something at this auction, please make note of the PICKUP day and time: FRIDAY, July 1, 4:00-7:00 pm. There is a $5/item fee per EACH LOT if we load, move and unload items because, you, the buyer forget to come to the pickup. We do NOT guarantee that your items will be available after the alotted pickup time. We do not guarantee that ALL of your lots will be loaded, moved and unloaded. 4) PREVIEW: Monday, June 27, 4:00 - 7:00 PM. 5) PICKUP: FRIDAY, July 1, 4:00-7:00 PM. 6) ANY arrangements made for later pickup ($5/item) need to be made prior to the auction closing. Buyers are responsible for making sure that all items purchased are accounted for before leaving the designated pickup location.
