Any bidding on a lot within the final 1 minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional 1 minute until no further bidding occurs. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee. All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. 10 day holding period waved for cash payment, wire transfer, or certified funds. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 5 days from settlement unless short term storage arrangements have been made prior to auction closing.
