If your pick-up is being done by a transport or trucking company they must have a copy of your paid receipts (NO EXCEPTIONS) and follow the pick-up in person procedures below. Please park by the overhead door in our main lot and come in through the front entrance for Weathered Vintage to present your paid invoice. You are responsible for packing and loading your items from this point on. If you have furniture or large bulky items please bring help, PPR may not be available to assist in loading your vehicle or truck. Please bring your own boxes, tools, packing material and dollies if required, PPR does not supply. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be delivered only on presentation of paid bill. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time allowed, but shall have the option to remove and store at the expense and risk of the purchaser any article purchased, but not paid for and removed within the time aforesaid. SHIPPING: All shipments for this auction will be sent via USPS Media Mail. The boxes we will be using to ship hold 10 records wrapped in bubble wrap. The average weight of each box is 7.5lbs. The minimum handling fee for each shipment for this auction is $5 and an additonal handling charge of $3 will be added per lot of 10 records. YOU agree that such YOU will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction. YOU further agree that if, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated, these Bidder Terms and Conditions will be conclusive evidence of YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback; and YOU acknowledge and agree that on the presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to or for the account of Auctioneer. If, in violation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions, YOU initiate a credit card chargeback, even if successful, YOU will remain liable for all purchases made at the Auction, and YOU will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by or on behalf of Auctioneer and/or any Seller(s) in challenging the credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. Bidding at the auction / sale is in American Dollars with an additional 10% buyers fee added to the auction price and all applicable taxes which apply.
