Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Pick up can be arranged for up to one week after the auction. Call 715.339.2097. All items must be paid in full before removal. Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping. If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $3 packaging fee for the first item and a $1 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.

Two auction pickup dates: The auction pickup is on Tuesday, June 7th from 11am to 6:30pm. There are limited Monday pickups (ONLY FOR THOSE THAT SIGN UP FOR LIMITED TIME SLOTS), June 6th from 3pm to 5pm at 1938 Flying Eagle Dr. Minocqua, WI 54548. 

Successful bidders will receive an email or text from Shipping Saint to schedule a pickup time.  

NOTE: Michael has passed away and Shirley will be moving from their well kept home. There are very fine antiques, fine furniture, and a 2006 Chevy Silverado 4x4 with only 65K miles (and was garage kept). The antique furniture is some of the nicest we have seen in quite some time!
