Closing will be in 30 days or less after the Auction. Closing costs to be split between Buyer & Seller, Seller responsible for property taxes up to day of closing. The land is currently leased, the lease will expire on 12/31/2022. Details of the lease will be provided on Auction day. The Absentee bidding will begin ending at 12:00 p.m. on June 29th.
