These items are located on premise locally in Ringwood NJ. All items will need to be picked up on-site via Shipping Saint's online scheduling system We will have a preview period Sunday 22nd from noon-2pm, if you'd like to preview In Person, please text the auctioneer with your name and register as a bidder. Once you are approved as a bidder, we will message you with the location of the auction so you may preview. We may also have Wednesday preview times, please contact us. If there is interest, we will schedule accordingly. This house is very clean and beautiful, no pets or smokers. NOTES: If an item is located Up Stairs, this means more than just 3-6 stairs and potentially around a tight corner. If an item has notations about removal - i.e. the Love Seat Sleeper Sofa is in the top loft of the home, please take note and BRING THE NEEDED HELP to move the item. Our staff cannot help you move large items. THERE IS A SMALL BRIDGE TO THE HOUSE. Large trucks may need to park approximately 100ft (mostly flat and mainly paved) from the house. Parking is limited and we will schedule pickups Thursday May 26th in the afternoon, Friday the 27th and Saturday the 28th from 9-11:30am. Please be prepared to Sign Up for time slots based on our Shipping Saint messaging system, and to be contacted through the system via text or email. You may be contacted directly by the auctioneer as well. Be prepared: Bring packing material as needed - you may be able to PURCHASE material on-site from Merchant's Wares. Bring dollies and carts or other devices and help as needed to move items, and attend the preview or call us directly to ask about stairs and exitways.
