This is an online only auction. All bidding activity will take place online. You do not have to register to view the catalog, but bidders must register with a valid credit card. a 15% buyers premium will be applied to all winning bids prior to charging sales tax. We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments. Any invoices over $5,000 will be ACH payments only (wire transfer). NO CHECKS. NO CASH. Check out days will be set by appointment following payment. You will have 5 days to pick up your items and we will be available for your shipper or moving company to pick up your merchandise during that time period. If you are unable to pick up your items during the designated pick up times, please do not bid. Every item is sold as is with the exception of the auction company guarantees that jewelry is authentic and all rugs are handmade. However, the auction company does not guarantee a value on any item. Bidders determine the values. All sales are final. No returns. If you're using a shipping company or delivery company, they must have a copy of your reciept in order for us to release the merchandise to them. We will be open for 5 days in order for high bidders to arrange for movers and shipping companies to pick up from the home. The moving company and/ or shippers must have a copy of a paid receipt in order to release the merchandise in order to protect the bidder.
