There will be no shipping available for this sale. There will be a Sale of miscellaneous items at the pick-up location for winning bidders only. The address of the pickup location will be located on your invoice. Reminder to only bid on items in this auction if you are able to come at the designated pick-up time. Located in Milford, OH PAYMENT DETAILS: A 15% Buyers Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to the winning bid amount. Invoices will be emailed at the closure of the sale. Payment will need to be made before pickup following day. Cash is accepted at pickup only if you give us advanced notice through email or text and you must have exact change as we will not be carrying cash. If you win, you must pick up your item(s) on the scheduled pick-up day(s) specified in the auction details or make shipping/delivery arrangements with a third-party service. Before bidding on an item(s) ensure we can accommodate your needs. You will need to bring with you the necessary equipment, packaging materials and labor, if you need to disassemble or move large items. We will not be able to assist in the moving or loading process for auction pickups. Invoices will be sent via email to winning bidders shortly after the auction has concluded. Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice or cash upon arrival. If you haven’t paid and/or we have not heard from you by the payment deadline, your items will be resold and/or you may lose your bidding privileges in future auctions. The pickup location will be provided on the winning bidder’s invoice. Items must be picked up during the scheduled pick-up date(s) or they will be labeled as abandoned and will either be donated or resold. If you bid on a lot with multiple items, you must take all the items in that lot, not just the ones you want. In addition to the sale price of the lot a 15% buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax will be added to the final amount. This will be indicated on your invoice. There are no credit card fees as those are included as a portion of the buyer’s premium. We do our best to describe each item we list as accurately and descriptively as possible. Antiques, vintage and used items are expected to have normal signs of wear and tear associated with them. We try our best to list all of the flaws that we see however we do not catch them all. All items are sold as is and there are no refunds or returns. We do not guarantee the working order of any electronics or mechanical devices. If items are not picked up by the end of the scheduled pickup date, we reserve the right to consider those items abandoned. However, if you reach out to us prior to the end of the scheduled pickup time to let us know that you cannot make it and would like to meet at a later date in time there will be a $20 service fee charged. This may not always be possible and is less likely with larger items. We do our best to provide exact dimensions provided on items however sometimes they are approximate and not exact. If you receive an item that has been shipped via third party you will need to resolve the issue with the contracted third party. You will be able to preset your high bid allowing the bidding system to incrementally bid for you and stopping your bidding at your high bid preset. PICKUP: Prior to pick up all items must be paid for unless you have coordinated a cash payment upon pickup.
