Buyers Premium is 8%. Payment can be made thru credit card (4% surcharge), wire transfer ($20 fee), check, or cash. Payment is due within 36 hours from close of auction or your balance will be charged to your credit card. "Checks in the mail" will not be accepted as payment. Pickup will require paid invoice. Pickup at Harts Floor & Appliance storefront at 1703 Main St Tyndall, SD will be Wednesday, June 8, and Thursday, June 9 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. If these times do not work for you call Lee at 605-464-1937 to make other arrangements. Property is to be removed by Friday, June 10. Items remaining after Friday, June 10 will be disposed of as the building is sold and needs to be cleaned out. There is no shipping provided for this auction.
Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is NO guarantee or warranty. All sales are final. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Per the SD Dept of Revenue: "Fees charged by Internet auction sites are subject to state and applicable municipal tax based on where the user of the auction site is located.
