• WASHINGTON STATE REQUIREMENTS FOR FIREARM PURCHASE
• Purchasers of semi-auto rifles must provide proof that they have completed a recognized firearm safety training program within the last five years. This is a state requirement due to I-639. There are courses online you can take for free, search for "Washington state I-639 safety course"
• Buyer must be 21 to purchase a handgun or semi-auto rifle.
• Only the bidder will be allowed to pick up the gun and must show Washington ID.
• Military, show ID and copy of orders to Washington State.
• ALL GUNS, including black powder must be transferred.

Chip enabled Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Cash accepted at our office.
You will pay the bid price, 10% buyer's premium and sales tax of 9.2%.

All firearms have been transferred to Boerner Firearms for processing.
Please make arrangements with them to do your processing. ($25 fee per gun).

All other items can be picked up at Stokes Auction Acres by appointment only May 16, 17 or 18 from 9am - 3:30pm

NOTES:

Hotmail users: After the last auction, invoices sent to Hotmail accounts did not arrive. We suggest you login to Apro, go to "My Account" and click on the Invoice tab after the auction. Best to check at least an hour after the auction closes or the next day.
MSN users including Outlook should check their spam folders. If you can, add apro.bid and stokesauction.com as approved domains.

• Minimum bid is the NEXT bid required to place a bid over and above the current bid.
• Bidding will extend for two minutes when a bid is placed within two minutes of closing.
• You can leave a "max-bid" and the platform will bid in proxy for you.
• If you bid and see "winning," wait for about 30 seconds to make sure there is not a max-bid in the queue, if so, it will flash "losing" if your bid was not higher. This is essential during the auction closing when the bid extends for 2 minutes.
• High bidders will be emailed their invoice after the auction has ended. Please make sure your email is correct and your spam filters on your ISP are not too high. If you do not receive your invoice, please check your personal spam/junk mail box or sign onto Apro and view your invoice, typically available shortly after close of the auction.
• DO NOT BID if you think you cannot pay or pick up your items. Non-payment or not picking up will result in being suspended from lifetime bidding.
