All doors will be locked and there will be a sign with pickup instructions. We will take each person picking up in order of arrival. You will be allowed to come into the office for your items. Only one winning bidder with no more than 3 helpers will be allowed in at a time, if loading out large & heavy items, such as furniture. We will expect the bidders to adhere to the CDC social distancing recommendations and asking bidders to maintain at least a 6 ft distance from our staff, and other bidders. You are picking up at your own risk. We are sorry for any inconvenience but hope you understand our concern for your safety & ours. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 18% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. By bidding in this auction you have indicated that you have read, understand and agree to our posted terms and conditions. Due to insurance restrictions, our staff at Coast2Coast Auctions, a subsidiary of Mound City Auctions, will be available to help find your items but will not be allowed to assist you with loading, therefore please being any helpers, tools (dolly's straps, etc) you may need to load your items. Please make sure you bring a pen to sign your invoice as we will not be sharing pens anymore. Please come prepared with a proper vehicle, labor, moving supplies, boxes, packing material, and tools.
