1. Real Estate in this auction sells to the highest bidder after starting bid is placed.
2. Royal LePage (Mighty Peace Realty) acts only as agent of the seller and not agent of the buyer.
3. The buyer shall accept the property as-is where-is with no warranty. Neither the seller,Auctioneer or Realtor make any representations or guaranteesof any kind as to condition of property,(ie) enviromental,wet areas,improvements,soil conditions etc.
4. The purchase contract will have clear title to parcel sold. All bidders agree that their bid,upon acceptance,will be bound by the purchase contract.
5. Buyer agrees to pay $20,000 non refundable down payment on parcel immediatly to Royal LePage (Mighty Peace Realty). Buyer further agrees to pay GST on purchase price where appilcable,plus $1850.00 +GST internet bidding fee per parcel upon completion of sale. (Buyer's Premium Payable to Silver Star Auction). Balance to be paid in full to the buyers lawyer,on or before 30 Days.
