This Mega Lot auction is a slight departure from the normal CTBids.com auctions and is directed primarily at those bidders that have ability to acquire these Mega Lots. Potential bidders will have an opportunity to schedule 30 minute viewing slot on 4/7 and 4/9 to view the auction lots and then bid on the lots through the normal CTBids.com online auction which will is open between 4/5 and 4/12. This is a LOCAL pick up only and Caring Transitions will coordinate with winning bidders for a local pickup date and time. The online auction bidding on each lot starts at $1.00. Due to nature and size of these lots, the lots pick up MUST BE coordinated with Caring Transitions. Bidding Terms & Conditions: 1. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase and pick up at local site. If you are the lot winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your lot(s) at coordinated pickup date/time. Please DO NOT bid if you do not plan to purchase or pick up. 2. Invoices for winning lots are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice and full payment must be made by 2:00 PM on day following the end of the auction. 5. Failure to pay for your purchase will result in suspension from the CTBids system. Reinstatement after suspension requires payment of the original invoice amount plus a $25 fee. 6. All lots must be fully paid for before they are picked up. 7. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced. 9. Bidders will have an opportunity to schedule a viewing of the auction lots through the link provided above. 10. Dimensions given may be approximate. 11. During the online auction listings times have a soft close. Extra time may be added to ending times to allow bidders more time to win. This will give you time to receive an outbid notification and place a higher bid and mimics what happens in a live auction where the auctioneer asks for any last bids before making the sale.
