Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by Treasury Aucitions. VERY IMPORTANT By registering for this auction you agree to recieve emails and text messages to the email and phone number on file. Box damage items consist of slightly damaged to severely damaged BOXES or no box. Overstock items are considered brand new in box. Returns are products returned for any reason including but not limited to "no longer needed," "defective item," "better price available," "Missing or broken parts," "Changed mind," or other reasons. PAYMENT NOTICE: You will be able to pay at the conculsion of the auction or in person by card or cash. There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. Treasury Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. ***All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind*** Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal. Treasury Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions All merchandise not claimed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Treasury Auctions. If you cannot make either of the pick-up days to claim your items you will not be able to claim your winning lot(s) and you will be charged for them. No exceptions unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon with by both parties. Refunds should not be expected for any reason if you do not show up to collect your winning items on said days and times. If a refund is deemed appropriate you will be charged a 15% or $15.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater. The restocking fee will be taken out of your total if a refund is issued. If the restocking fee exceeds your total you will not be charged or recieve a refund. There will be a seven day return period following the second pickup day. Items must be returned in the same condition as when claimed. Contact us at Treasuryauctions@gmail.com When a lot is forfeited, by virtue of not showing up on pickup days and not contacting Treasury Auctions within 7 days of the corresponding auction closing, your are not entitled to a refund nor possession of your forfeited lot(s). The forfeited lot(s) will be reauctioned or disposed of. Colors, descriptions, measurements¹, and imagery may differ. 1: Decimal points, apostrophes, and quotations may be missing -- For example 1925 instead of 19.25". Warranties and bundled memberships should be assumed to be invalid. Lots and sets may have missing pieces. Refunds will be given at our discretion. Claiming is defined as showing up on pickup days or other dates explicitly agreed upon by both parties to pickup winning lots.

This auction will end Sunday, April 3rd. Lots will begin to close at 10:30am with the rate of 1 lot per 20 seconds. Auction consists of like new or new items from Amazon. Items will include generators, furniture, kitchen sinks, electronics, home decor, and other great merchandise. All items are graded by stars. Look at the second image of each lot to see the condition. Bid with assurance! Pickup days are Sunday, **SAME DAY PICKUP** April 3rd from 4:30pm-9:00pm and Monday, April 4th from 1-6pm at 3096 S 460 W, Salt Lake City Utah. If you cannot make these dates and times DO NOT BID. Exceptions are if you contact us to make other arrangements before the end of the auction or if there is an emergency we can schedule another pickup time. Your lots are considered forfeited if you do not show up on the designated pickup days. Thank you.
