Pickup: Friday, April 1; 2-4:30 PM in Liberty, MO 64068 -1 Your safety and our staff's safety is paramount, so we have taken steps to ensure you are safe during pickup. Please practice social distancing and wear a mask (our team members will be wearing them as well.) We are limiting the number of winning bidders to 5 per 30-minute time slots which you can select using SignUpGenius. Otherwise, we are happy to ship smaller items to you at your expense. Thank you for participating! -2 Shipping and handling is available. However, costs are not included in the final price. All parties are responsible for paying their own shipping costs once the amount has been determined based on the local USPS shipping rates. If an item will not fit in a USPS flat rate box, DO NOT BID ON IT. We will not ship it other than USPS Flat Rate. Your items will be charged to your credit card and an updated invoice with tracking number will be emailed to you. -3 Please remember to bring the necessary personnel and packing materials to help with transportation and loading of your items at the auction pickup, as our staff is unable to move, lift, or carry any purchased items regardless of size or help transfer items to a winning bidder’s vehicle(s) due to liability concerns. The Cates Auction & Realty team’s primary goals are to (1) take the necessary precautions needed to protect the safety of all parties and (2) help ensure that all items can be transported safely from the pickup location. 1 Day Bed This day bed looks to be in very good condition. It includes two pillows and a mattress. It measures 80X40X54. 2 White Dresser with Mirror This dresser is in good shape and the mirror is included. It is painted white with gold trim. Dimensions are 46x18x68. 3 Vintage Oak Rocker with Over Sized Pillow This is a oak rocker with a solid wood frame and an extra large pillow. The rocking chair is in good shape. 4 Musical Chalet Cuckoo Clock Works and is in great condition with all parts intact. Marked "Cuendet - Blaue Donau Walzer - Geschichten aus Wienerwald 706.19 - Swiss Musical Movement" 5 Queen Sized Bed This is a queen size bed with a Saatva mattress. 6 Homemade Cedar Chest and Vintage Floor Lamp The cedar chest is homemade and does have a bit of damage on the corner. Cedar chest is 33x24 x18. The floor lamp is a vintage lamp and does work. The floor lamp is 59" tall. 7 Vintage Bench & Planter This is a wooden bench with rottweiler and sides and the dimensions are 51x32x28. The planter Is made of wrought iron and appears to be modeled after a bird cage. This group does include the shepherd hook to hold the bird cage planter. 8 Bike Friday Foldup Bike This lot includes a Samsonite suitcase. Comes with photos that can be utilized for assembly instructions. 9 Kenmore 80 Series Washing Machine This washing machine is in good condition and works.10.0 Amps, 120 Volts & 60Hz. Model # is 110.24812200 and serial # is CP2140260 10 Kenmore 80 Series Dryer Kenmore electric dryer in good working condition. 120/240V, 28 A 60Hz, 3 or 4 wire connection. Model # is 110.64812200 and serial # is MP0402129. 11 Antique Bradbury Stand Up Piano This piano is in great condition. This includes the bench & sheet music. Portable light is included. 12 Vintage Record Cabinet This vintage records cabinet is in great condition and (measures 24x16x24). 13 Mastercraft Sofa Sleeper The sofa sleeper is in good condition. The cover is clean, and there are no rips or tears. There are some stains on the fabric holding the mattress. It will have to be moved out through the basement door. 14 Aztec Themed Décor Different types of Aztec decorations from a couple hanging rugs the hanging rugs, Aztec Calendar plaque and much more. 15 Teddy Bear & Assortment of Hats Hats include Walt Disney's Goofy & Donald Duck hats. Also included is a "Home Sweet Home" teddy bear. 16 Stetson Beaver Skin Hat This beaver skin hat is in great condition. Made by Stetson Hats and the size is 3X. It is made of beaver skin. Box not included. 17 Vintage Metal Desk and TV & Serving Carts Vintage steel desk (measures 60x30x33), brown serving cart (measures 22x16x30) and a vintage TV cart (measures 23x16x22). 18 Men's Clothing Denim long sleeve shirts t-shirts, sweatpants, pair blue jeans and other clothes. Most of them appear to be sized Men's Large 19 Two Pictures One is an oil painting of a church by the river signed by Ellis Taylor 28x34 and the other one is a print of a teacher in a classroom by Norman Rockwell 20x17. 20 Variety of Household Items Includes a cloth handbag that appears to be homemade, musical jewelry box and ceramic beer stein. Stein is approximately 5" tall. 21 Miscellaneous Household items Miscellaneous assortment of ceramic pieces, books and other neat items. Shelves not included. 22 Decorative Household Items In this group is included a homemade chocolate coffee mug holder, wood hearts and other items. 23 Bicycle Repair Stand This is a Park Tool Company model # PRS - 6 single arm repair stand for bicycles. It is made in the USA. Also in this group is a Double Shot air pump and a Inspired Cycle Engineering flag. 24 Pedaling Pilgrim Bicycle This bicycle will need some repairs. The back tire rim is bent and does have some paint chipping. The frame is a Trek frame and it does not have pedals. Also included is hanger and helmet. You will need to bring tools to remove the hanger. 25 General Electric Upright Freezer This is a well-used freezer in working condition. The handle has been broken off, but the door still opens and shuts easily. 26 Schwinn Exercise Bike Model number 203 and is in working condition. Electrical cord is included. 27 Miscellaneous Yard Tools This assortment includes shovels, rakes, a broom and more. 28 Assortment of Garage Items Included are a Craftsman Wet/Dry vacuum, BLACK+DECKER 18" electric hedge trimmers and a set of extension cords. 29 Group of Modern & Vintage Games Includes a Chess & Checkers set, Headbandz for Adults, a vintage Mind Reader game, Dominoes and more. 30 Six Decorative Plates In this group of plates is a pie plate made by Royal China Janette, Courier Ives porcelain plate and more. 31 Variety of Kitchen Items Includes Pyrex pans with lids, one bundt cake pan, plastic cake holder and ice bucket. 32 Holly 'n Frost Glasses & Dishes This set features 7 glasses, 3 dishes, and 4 sets of "Double on the Rocks" 15oz glasses. 33 Crystal, Glass & More In this group is included crystal, a coffee mug with a monkey on it and more clear glass. 34 Variety of Franciscan Stone Ware Included are large dishes, saucers, bowls and many more items and they are leaf pattern. Made out of tube steel. 40 Brinkmann Propane Grill Brinkmann propane grill with three burners and a side burner. It is LP gas with a Missouri Tigers vinyl cover. 41 Vintage Vinyl Records These vintage vinyls are 33 1/3, most of them are in stereo. This is a good sized group of approximately 30 to 40 albums.
