* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount on the BP for Cash
* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Any bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot to close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.
* Payment Terms: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file or a hold placed on the card. Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500. There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason.
* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material.
* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.
* Shipping: Some items may not be available for shipping. When Available, Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped "We will need this form signed and returned to us: https://www.waltcadeauctions.com/documents/winningbidderform.pdf" , Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling.
