These types of arrangements need to be made on the first day of pick ups. Any item not picked up within 30 days of conclusion of the auction will be forfeited, no matter of payment status. * Village Square Auctions works with a local shipping company for all shipping lots. The shipper picks up between Monday and Wednesday after the auction. They will pack your items and send you an invoice. Once your shipping invoice is paid they will ship your lot(s). You, the buyer, are responsible for ALL shipping costs. * For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches. * Cards on file will be automatically be charged at the end of the second scheduled pick up time if you have not contacted us to make arrangements for a different payment method.
